The “Douglas, Edinburgh” blindstamp has been seen on stereoviews with a wide range of labels on yellow card. These include the above example, small white descriptive text labels on the front of the card, large fancy text labels on the rear etc. Douglas relatives ran photographic enterprises in Glasgow. It is possible that he was one of the largest “under the radar” producers of stereoviews in Scotland.
